Hypersonic Laboratories

Jack Kim founded Hypersonic Laboratories in 2019, later led a team of about 35 building HELIX and an open-world game, and started building Sylo in January 2026.

In 2026 the company returned to its roots as a small product lab, led by Jack Kim and joined by three others, focused on two flagship products, Sylo and HELIX.
